To become a member, use the services   offered by by  Connectionbuzz, you need to abide by these terms of use.  Connectionbuzz may in its discretion, modify this agreementupon time to time, with a notice to the user.

1. Validity period

This agreement is valid, as long as you are a member/ use the services offered by Connectionbuzz. Connectionbuzz may deny/terminate your access to the site &/or your membership for any reason with an email notice to you, provided by you. Tou may also discontinue/ terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by intimating Connectionbuzz. If your membership is terminated by Connectionbuzz for breach agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund on the subscription/membership charges paid.

2. Eligibility

To register as member of Connectionbuzz, to avail matchmaking services, the individual seeking a match must be of/ above the marriageable age, based on the laws of the country that the individual is residing in.

3. Content posted on the site

• You understand and agree that Connectionbuzzmay delete any content, messages, photos or profiles(collectively, “content”) that in the sole judgement of the Connectionbuzz violate the terms of use or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of other Connectionbuzz and/or its Members.

• You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display or post on the Connectionbuzz service, or transmit to other Connectionbuzz Members. Connectionbuzz reserves the right to verify the authenticity of Content posted on the site. In exercising this right, Connectionbuzz  may ask you to provide any documentary or other form of evidence supporting the Content you post on the site. If you fail to produce such evidence, Connectionbuzz may in its sole discretion, terminate your Membership without a refund.

• By posting Content to any public area of Connectionbuzz, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, toConnectionbuzz, and other Connectionbuzz Members, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.

• The following is a partial list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited on the Site. Connectionbuzz will investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Service and terminating the Membership of such violators without a refund. It includes Content that:

a) is patently offensive to the online community, such as Content that promotes racism, bigotry , hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual

 b) harasses or advocates harassment of another person

c) promotes information that you know is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous

d) involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming"

e) promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;

f) contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page

g) provides instructional information about illegal activities such as violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses

h) provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18

i) Obscene/Pornographic/Vulgar pictures or textual material uploaded in the profile and/or transmitted in the E-mails and online chat.

 j) solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users.

k) You must use the Connectionbuzz Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations

l) You may not include in your Member profile, visible to other members, any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URL's, and email addresses.

• Member Disputes

  You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Connectionbuzz Members. You agree and undertake that your interactions with the other Connectionbuzz Members is at your sole discretion and responsibility, and that Connectionbuzz shall not be responsible/ liable for confirming the veracity of the content of other Connectionbuzz Members.

• Privacy

Connectionbuzz will not intentionally monitor or disclose any private data unless required by law, enforcement agencies, regulation or court order. You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others. In addition, Connectionbuzz may on its own or as may be directed, provide any information required to the law enforcement authorities for any above wrongful usage.

• Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Connectionbuzz, its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns from and against any and all liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon the use of your account and contravention of any terms and conditions herein for availing of this service, including any claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other members and infringement of intellectual property or other rights.

• Disclaimer Policy

Connectionbuzz is not responsible for any incorrect / inaccurate Content posted on the Site or in connection with the Connectionbuzz Service, whether caused by Users, Members or by any of the equipments or programming associated with or utilized in the Service, nor for the conduct of any User and/or Member of the Connectionbuzz Service whether online or offline. Under no circumstances will Connectionbuzz be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's use of the site or the service and/or any content posted on the Connectionbuzz matrimony site or transmitted to Connectionbuzz matrimony members. The exchange of matrimonial profile through or by Connectionbuzz site should not in any way be construed as any matrimonial offer and/or recommendation from/by Connectionbuzz

• Miscellaneous

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

Registered members of this site would receive emails pertaining to the services offered by the site. 

By registering on Connectionbuzz, you agree that you have read the above terms, and would abide to these terms of use/agreement.
